For sale is a 1948 Ford Truck with less then 10,000 miles on the rebuild. The truck has a 4'' chopped top that was done by a professional. This is a all steel truck with some cool modifications. The drive train is a chrysler volarie front with torsion bar suspension so you can raise and lower it the way you want. It has new ball joints and tie rod ends. The disc brakes have new calipers and rotors. The rear is a 8'' mercury with new brake drums and shoes. A rebuilt 350 Chevy V8 engine and a 700 R4 transmission powers this truck with a new 600 edelbrock carb and a high power HEI distributor. The truck is cooled by a new Walker radiator. The inside of this truck has a flaming river tilt steering column, Lokar shifter and all new auto meter gauges. The seat is stock with black vinyl pleats. New tires and wheels with stock appearing hub caps. This is one cool looking and driving truck that runs and drives excellent. The truck can be seen in Silvis IL. .
