German Shepherd Dog - Large - Adult - Male - Dog - Niko
Description
Niko is a handsome sable male of about 7 years old. He was found running astray. It appears he never knew the comforts of home but he is learning. He is unable to climb stairs due to an old injury, it is assumed. X-rays showed no fractures, just arthritis in his spine. His gait was abnormal for some time but now is very close to normal. He can run like the wind! Niko loves to fetch but it took several months for him to be able to play. He is going to require a special owner to meet his special needs. If you would like to discuss Niko please drop us an email. All of our dogs are adopted as house pets. No outside runs, tie outs, or any outdoor permanent living arrangement is accepted.
